“ Excellent food, great local wines, attentive service and a beautiful sea view from your table - all you might want to make a terrific evening as part of your trip. Each of the dishes are very, very temping - so we took the tasting menu option along with the wine pairings and left very happy. Everything was so, so good - but special mention to the tuna ceviche, the duck breast and a delicious lemon sponge on an almond base with white chocolate. Not on the tasting menu - but also excellent - is a pork dish with a truffle sauce and some of the best potato gratin I’ve had for some time. The tasting menu was so good, we went back for a repeat visit - hence discovering the pork dish. If lucky, you’ll have Dražen, the restaurant’s manager as your host. Charming and knowledgeable when it comes to the wine and passionate about how the food is sourced and cooked. You’ll have a great evening. ”
“ Just had an incredible dinner at Melainia, so much too choose from on the menu, the waitress reccomended the gnudi with monkfish and oh my it was to die for, melt in the mouth, you have to try it. I also had the burrata, with proscuito and pear....because i just can't resist the combination and it certainly delivered. Thom was on hand with excellent friendly service, knowledge of the dishes, and photo taking! Everything was perfect for my first night in Korcula, the views of the sea, the delicious food and impeccable service. Highly recommend. ”

“ Perfect biftek! My partner's risotto was average, the rice did not seem risotto rice, seemed regular rice with pesto sauce, but the bitter was so good it made it for it. Service was regular, could improve! But I will not take from overall rating as I think the restaurant is really good and food tasty and well made. ”
